报告人简介

Professor Ren is one of most outstanding Chinese scientist in USA in the field of cardiovascular research. He has published over 350 papers in journals including Circulation，JACC, Eur. Heart J, Hypertension, Diabetes, Diabetologia, American Journal of Physiology, Aging Cell, TIPS. His main achievement is as followed: firstly identified single myocardial cell change during injury caused by diabetes, hypertension, obesity and alcohol as well as aging; also he demonstrated apoptosis of myocardial cell directly induces cardiovascular diseases.
