北京大学中国药物依赖性研究所新体制PI，英国伦敦国王学院访问学者，入选中国科协青年人才托举工程，主要致力于成瘾及相关精神疾病的群体生物学机制及干预方法研究。既往研究中系统地鉴定多种物质成瘾的共同及特异性的遗传风险因素，并明确遗传风险因素对影像及行为表型的调控机制；构建了药物成瘾伴发精神症状的风险预测模型；揭示成瘾与其他精神疾病的遗传关联。担任中国毒理学会药物依赖性专业委员会青委会主任委员、北京慢性病防治与健康教育研究会双心康复专业委员会专家委员等。先后主持科技部国家重点研发项目课题、科技部科技创新2030—重大项目青年科学家项目、国自然面上项目等10余项科研项目。近年来在Molecular Psychiatry、Biological Psychiatry、Clinical and Translational Medicine、Addiction等业内领先杂志发表研究论文40余篇，主导建立了多种成瘾的大样本多维度生物信息数据库及随访队列，获批国内发明专利3项。
近期主要研究方向：
1. 成瘾及相关精神疾病的群体生物学机制（遗传环境交互作用机制）及队列研究；
2. 行为成瘾（网络成瘾、游戏成瘾）的发病机制及干预方法；
3. 睡眠与情绪障碍的脑机制及闭环调控干预；
4. 青少年精神健康相关的生物标志物整合研究。
