主要研究方向是乳腺癌的分子病理、肿瘤微环境及遗传易感性研究。
乳腺癌的发生、发展与遗传因素密切相关,基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)是决定种群、家族、个体对复杂疾病遗传易感性的重要分子基础。我们通过乳腺癌病例-对照研究,发现Aurora-A、Brca1、Centrobin、Nek2、CDK2、CCNE1、TGFB1等基因的SNP位点与乳腺癌发生风险及预后密切相关。对这些遗传分子标志物的检测,有利于科学评价女性罹患乳腺癌的风险以及评估患者预后,为个体化诊疗提供依据。
恶性肿瘤的生物学行为不仅取决于肿瘤细胞本身,肿瘤微环境对肿瘤的发生、侵袭、转移、耐药等也起着决定性的作用。细胞外ATP是肿瘤微环境中一种新的促侵袭因子(课题组方伟岗教授在国际上首次提出此观点),我们不仅研究细胞外ATP影响乳腺癌细胞本身侵袭的分子机制,还探讨细胞外ATP对肿瘤微环境间质细胞的影响及分子机制。该研究将为乳腺癌的治疗提供新思路及新靶点。
