研究方向:
肿瘤相关蛋白的作用机制及功能研究
主要研究内容:
对肿瘤相关蛋白在肿瘤发生、细胞有丝分裂、肿瘤代谢、肿瘤耐药和转移中的作用进行研究。主要研究内容包括:1.核仁蛋白在核糖体RNA的转录以及加工过程中的作用机制;2.肿瘤相关蛋白促进p53和RB的降解、以及稳定c-Myc的作用机制;3.在DNA损伤时,肿瘤抑制蛋白通过乙酰化p53、稳定MDM2发挥抑癌作用;4.在细胞处于能量应激时,核仁蛋白调控核糖体发生与细胞自噬之间的转换;5.肿瘤蛋白通过调节微管骨架的马达蛋白功能在有丝分裂过程中发挥作用。同时,对肿瘤相关蛋白在细胞处于各种应激条件下的作用以及耐药的机制进行研究。
