研究方向:
1)寻找关键转录因子和分化因子的组合,获得功能性血管化类器官的高效制备方法。
2)利用病人来源诱导多潜能干细胞,建立包括动脉粥样硬化,马凡综合征,线粒体糖尿病等疾病模型和药物筛选的平台。
3)利用组织工程中先进加工和制造的手段,开发包括水凝胶,三维支架和可植入器件等材料和装置用于细胞的组装,包装和递送。
4)化学改性mRNA在干细胞分化和组织再生修复中的应用。
个人简介:
王凯博士,江苏常州金坛人。北京大学JDB电子官方网站生理学与病理生理学系研究员PI。2010年毕业于东南大学生物医学工程系,获得学士学位。2016年毕业于北京大学生物医学工程系获得博士学位,师从罗莹研究员,期间主要研究组织工程化人造胰腺的构建。2016-2021年在美国哈佛医学院/波士顿儿童医院心脏外科系做博士后研究,师从Juan Melero-Martin教授,期间主要研究编码ETV2转录因子的改性mRNA在干细胞分化成血管类器官的应用。相关研究工作以第一(含共同)发表在Sci. Adv (2020),Cell. Mol. Life Sci(2019),Adv. Mater (2017),Biomaterials(2016, 2017)等国际期刊,同时担任JoVE 杂志客座编辑、Data in Brief编委和Military Medical Research, Burns and Trauma, ACS Biomaterials Science & Engineering青年编委,担任Science Advances, ACS Nano, Stem Cells, Angiogenesis, Biomaterials等杂志特邀审稿人。
